What was needed. The Channel Islands Heritage Festival was launched to celebrate the islands’ 70 years of freedom from occupation. VisitGuernsey wanted to include a retail window display competition in its programme of activities opento all local businesses.

What we did. We organised and promoted a highly successful month-long competition, culminating in an array of stunning shop windows island wide, with extensive public engagement and the presentation of a bespoke designed trophy to the winning store. We also handled the local media activity in support of the competition.
