What was needed. The hotel, part of the Hand Picked Hotels collection, had invested £2.5 million in refurbishing its spa and health club. We were asked to undertake a project to re-position the hotel as a leading venue for events and staying visitors within the Guernsey market place.
What we did. We created a PR and marketing campaign which included a variety of communications channels – print media, social media, competitions and other promotional initiatives – to enhance the profile of the hotel in the Channel Islands and to stimulate interest for stayers, events, spa memberships and restaurants.
