What was needed. Julie’s passion for customer service excellence is well known locally and she decided that despite the numerous awards events held in the islands, there wasn’t anything to recognise and reward those individuals and teams who work at the ‘sharp end’ dealing with customers on a daily basis.
What we did. The awards were set up in 2011 and have grown incredibly since then. Now they are an established event in both the Jersey and Guernsey business calendars with many companies – of all sizes and from all sectors – seeking ways to get involved. Local people have really got engaged with these events with nomination levels hitting new highs every year. And what’s more, we have a lot of fun!
